Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement hiring strategies to meet the company's growth goals.
2. Sourcing & Screening: Source, screen, and assess potential candidates for various roles, with a focus on cultural fit and technical skills.
3. Recruitment Analytics: Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and candidate quality.
4. Candidate Management: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback.
