As an HR Consultant intern at SPACE For Early Childhood Education, you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge of HR Analytics, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), MS-Excel, MS-Office, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Word in a real-world setting. You will work closely with our HR team to support various HR functions and initiatives.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in conducting data analysis and generating reports using HR Analytics tools.
2. Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
3. Support recruitment efforts by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
4. Assist in organizing and conducting employee training sessions.
5. Help with creating and updating HR policies and procedures.
6. Prepare presentations and reports for HR meetings using MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word.
7. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to enhance the overall HR functions within the company.
