Are you passionate about early childhood education and interested in the world of recruitment? SPACE For Early Childhood Education is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant intern to join our team!

As a Recruitment Consultant intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team to recruit top talent for our organization. This hands-on role will allow you to gain valuable experience in recruitment, HR analytics, and utilizing Microsoft Office tools.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various positions within the organization
2. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications
3. Utilize HR analytics to track and analyze recruitment data for continuous improvement
4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop recruitment strategies
5. Create engaging job postings and promote roles on various platforms
6. Prepare and deliver presentations using MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel
7. Support in organizing recruitment events and fairs to attract potential candidates
