About the internship

The selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work closely with the HR team, in creating a recruitment database
2. Update the existing database from various sources (Naukri, RMS, HR Mail, Careers)
3. Update & support the HR information system
4. Support the screening process by conducting online tests & coordinating with the recruiter for further Interviews
5. Involve in screening, and shortlisting profiles from various sources (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
6. To support activities in HR, and also be involved in Backend operations

BBA & MBA aspirants are preferred
