Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HRIS systems to streamline HR processes.
2. Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights for decision-making and strategic planning.
3. Support recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and assisting with onboarding.
4. Assist in employee relations activities, including performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
5. Collaborate with HR team members to coordinate training and development programs for employees.
6. Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, and assist in HR audits as needed.
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records and handling confidential information with discretion.
