Human Resources (HR) Internship

Role & Responsibilities

Assist with recruitment, including posting jobs, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support new hire onboarding by preparing paperwork, coordinating orientation, and assisting with training.
Address employee inquiries, conflict resolution, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Maintain HR records, update employee files, research best practices, and prepare HR documentation and ensure policy compliance.
Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth.
Develop and maintain competitive salary structures, assist with payroll and performance management.

Requirements

Completing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in HR management and willingness to learn.
Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion.
Previous HR internship or work experience is a plus.
