About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with recruitment processes such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Supporting employee onboarding by preparing orientation materials and facilitating introductory sessions
3. Maintaining HR databases and updating employee records with new hires, terminations, and other changes
4. Assisting in organizing and coordinating training sessions, workshops, and other employee development programs
5. Handling administrative tasks such as filing paperwork, drafting correspondence, and responding to employee inquiries
6. Assisting with HR projects, such as policy updates, employee engagement initiatives, or diversity and inclusion programs
7. Conducting research on HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends
8. Assisting with performance management processes, including collecting feedback, preparing performance review documents, and tracking performance metrics
9. Supporting HR managers with special projects and initiatives as needed

Other requirements

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

2. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

3. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software or databases (e.g., HRIS)

5. A proactive and self-motivated attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

6. Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of HR, with a genuine interest in human resources management

7. Adaptability and willingness to take on new tasks and responsibilities as needed

Previous experience or coursework in human resources, business administration, psychology, or related fields is a plus but not required

8. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

9. Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a positive work culture
