As a Client Servicing intern at Great Indian Sweets, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in managing client accounts and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner
2. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients using MS PowerPoint to showcase our products and services
3. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to address any questions or concerns they may have
4. Utilize MS Excel to track client data and analyze trends to improve overall client satisfaction
5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for attracting and retaining clients
6. Attend client meetings and events to build relationships and represent the company in a professional manner
7. Provide administrative support to the client servicing team as needed, including organizing documents and maintaining client records
