5. Ability to propose efficient solutions by leveraging existing platform features.

7. Capability to simplify complex requirements into intuitive user journeys.
8. Aptitude to conceptualize data flow within the platform and discuss potential improvements.
9. Willingness to actively seek and incorporate feedback from users and colleagues.

1. Bachelors degree in UX Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
