1. Database Management:
a. Maintain and update databases for multiple departments within the supply chain team
b. Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entries
c. Generate reports and provide insights based on database information
2. Coordination:
a. Facilitate communication and coordination between various departments involved in the supply chain process
b. Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes
3. Proficiency in Excel:
a. Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking of key metrics
b. Create and maintain spreadsheets for various purposes, including inventory tracking, shipment schedules, and order management
4. Order Shipment Management:
a. Assist in managing order shipments, including processing orders, preparing shipping documents, and coordinating with logistics partners
b. Ensure timely delivery of orders and address any issues or delays that may arise
5. Packaging of Shipments:
a. Support in packaging shipments according to established guidelines and standards
b. Ensure proper labeling and documentation of packages for accurate identification and tracking
6. Inventory Management:
a. Assist in managing inventory levels and stock replenishment
b. Conduct periodic inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies
c. Update inventory records and monitor stock movements
