About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist the company secretary or legal team in providing support for corporate governance matters.
2. Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, such as filing of annual returns, maintaining registers, Minutes and updating necessary records with regulatory authorities.
3. Assist in handling internal and external communications related to corporate matters, including communication with shareholders, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.
4. Monitoring changes and Conduct research on company law issues and provide inputs to the company secretary as required.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company-related documents, contracts, and legal agreements
6. Developing and overseeing the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes, in addition to its legal and statutory requirements

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of revenue generated).
