1. A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a recruiter, either in-house or with a recruitment agency.
3. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and procedures.
4. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal abilities, and Strong decision-making skills
