About the internship
As a customer service executive at our Second Life Transformation company, you will be a key player in ensuring our clients have a seamless and positive experience throughout their journey with us. Your proficiency in English, both spoken and written, will be crucial in communicating effectively with our diverse clientele. Your expertise in MS Excel and MS Office will help you efficiently manage customer data and track progress. Additionally, your skills in Canva will be utilized to create visually appealing materials for our clients.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
2. Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
3. Utilize MS-Excel to organize and analyze customer data for reporting purposes
4. Create engaging visuals using Canva for client presentations and marketing materials
5. Collaborate with the team to ensure high level of customer satisfaction and retention
6. Identify areas for improvement in customer service processes and implement solutions
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance the customer experience

Other requirements
1. We are looking for female candidates who have already graduated from college and have 1-2 years of work experience.
2. Please only apply if, following a month of internship, you would like to move up to a full-time, permanent office position.
3. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in tele-calling, BPO, call center, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
4. Excellent command over verbal and written English communication.

2. As a fast learner, the role will require you to work on tools such as AWeber, Zoom, WordPress, Kajabi, Tagmango (video upload, payment capture, etc.), Camtasia video editing, Google Drive, and Google Sheets.
3. As this is a desk job, there is no need for travel.
