Accounts Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records
2. Working with bookkeeping software
3. Monitor any discrepancies in payment, monitor for charges made on credit cards, and record any returns
4. Ensure accuracy of financial statements, making sure that the final figures on statements are correct
5. Prepare accounting reports to be presented to senior management
6. Assisting in the collection and preparation of monthly financial reports
7. Undertaking data entries and balance sheet reconciliations
